Era una cita…

April 29, 2009 · Leave a Comment

My notes:I posted the thing, it lasted 35 minutes there, and then someone threw it to the garbage.
I posted it again and this time it lasted for about 12 hours.
I posted it once again and now it stayed for like 3 days. Plus people took some of the little phrases.
Awww true VDay spirit.

Weekend Leftovers: Giraffes Skit on Saturday Night Live

November 3, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Hey there wild life enthusiasts (or wild internet enthusiasts),

I just found the other good moment of my weekend. The first one being the discovery that I fit into skinny jeans size 4; the second one being the best SNL skit for Sat Nov. 1st, aka the Giraffe Skit!!

You might remember the first Staten Island Zoo skit about very special animals that don’t get much attention, sloths: “We sleep 18 hours but we always party 24″, “America suck it”, and “Hire a dog to burn down a hospital.” Hilariousness:

So! Here’s the giraffes one, also known as Saturday Night Live Giraffe, SNL Giraffe, Giraffe Saturday Night Live, Giraffes Saturday Night Live, SNL Giraffes.
See what I did right there? Jojojoj

WARNING. Click on it. An adult friend finder website will pop up, but get rid of it and the video will start. (I’m sorry but this is the Internet). When I find a better source I’ll let you know. Happy Monday.

Weekend Leftovers: Are You There Jah? It’s Me Ras-Trent

October 27, 2008 · Leave a Comment

This is the best Andy Samberg digital short in a while. I might have a new favorite reason to go back to YouTube!

“Murder she wrote.” “A Jah Cold Stone Creamery.” “Have you ever noticed how bald heads suck?”
And the best one, in minute 1.41 when he sees the real guys and starts singing really soft.

Oh SNL, watching every week pays off every once in a while.

Gmail Saves From Drunk Emailing

October 8, 2008 · Leave a Comment

Awful and embarrassing habits: beware! A new Gmail feature called Mail Goggles just came out.

Mail Goggles prevents the sending of all those erroneous late-night-or-drunken emails that you might (and often do) regret in the morning. Much like texting.

What happens is: you’re wasted, turn your endless computer on, and start emailing an ex with declarations of past, current and future love. (Or a boss with declarations of past, current and future hate.)
After clicking “Send”, five math problems show up, which you have to solve in a limited time frame to prove you’re alert.

This feature is set by default to work only on weekend nights, which is when you’re more likely to be using Gmail for lame/evil purposes. Unless you’re me, then that’s always.
Either way, you can play with the settings so it works all the time. As it should.

To activate: Gmail + Settings + Labs tab + Enable Mail Goggles + Save changes
To adjust: Gmail + Settings + General tab +
Mail Goggles + Save changes

Now if we could only have help for drunk calling, driving, blogging…

Down In Mexico – Airports & Wallpapers

September 12, 2008 · Leave a Comment

I’m off to the airport to pick Jason up. Excitement!
I’m also finally taking my new retainers off for a while. Pain!

I’ll be out this weekend, probably next week too, so start appreciating my humble posts. See you soon!

Oh and because I haven’t forgotten my beloved Google Reader, here’s something I found today.
